I love these hearing aids.

I love these earring aides! They are so light and comfortable I forget I have them on. I have had hearing aids that were about the same size, but they hurt my ears and I couldn't wear them for very long. There is no discomfort of any kind with these hearing aids. The sound is crisp and clear, and I am hearing things I haven't heard in a very long time. I recommend hearing.com to anyone getting hearing aids, they are the best product out there.

The day I started hearing again

Everything was taken care of over the phone. I was sent a package with the AIDS , equipment and a camera in there they can look at my ear. Everything was done over the phone, such a convenience. They gave me the hearing test, adjusted the hearing aids, and it took less than 45 minutes to complete. I had a follow up appointment they did some tweaking and that was it. Everything worked great. I put the equipment back in the box put the label on that they had sent and UPS picked it up. That’s how easy it was.

My hearing specialist Ken Pruyn in Mass. was incredibly helpful .Intelligent, listened to me, simplified everything, and patient. He is also a Master at programming the devices, which I think is one of the key aspects . I am a Surgeon and not easily impressed.

This is a continuation of my previous review.

After another non- productive contact with hear.com support. The suggested long term fix was totally unacceptable. Basically it was the entire process first undertaken when hearing aids were first purchased. Uninstall the horizon app, reboot phone, un-pair, delete hearing aids from the phone, reboot phone, download and reinstall Horizon app, reinstall hearing aids, pair again, hope for the best. This process would be repeated each time I had any issues.

I contacted the manufacturer and was provided a sliver of hope that there maybe an issue with the Bluetooth antenna in the hearing aids. They were frank, to the point and immediately suggested I return the hearing aids for their troubleshooting and possible replacement.

While hear.com support was a continued exercise in futility, at least I have hope that the hearing aids may need repair.

The connectivity and control issues related to Android may still be an issue that hearing.com or the manufacturer can remedy. Only time will tell.

If the entire issue is not remedied the only solution I can accept is a full refund of the purchase cost. Short of that I'm stuck with a product the seller will not stand behind, in my opinion.
