Dr Kari was great to me when fitting my hearing aids. She made several adjustments to make sure I got the best results. Even the first hearing test was more thorough than any other I have received at other places. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing these services!
Great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Rob was easy to understand and took extra time to explain everything! The hearing test was thorough, and their recommendations felt personalized to my needs. The store was clean and comfortable, and the follow-up support was excellent. Highly recommend!

My hubby and I went to the HearBest clinic in West Lafayette and honestly had a really great experience. Everyone there was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process a lot less intimidating than we expected.
Dr. Judy Olson did my hearing test and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything, which I really appreciated. She helped me find the right hearing aids for me and answered all my questions.
My husband saw Dr. Kari Crawford and had an equally great experience.
What stood out the most was how much they truly care. They made sure everything fit right, sounded good, and that I was comfortable before I left. The follow-up and support have been great too.
