In honesty I'd felt very nervous about my first appointment because hearing loss is very new territory to me. I'd had a recommendation from my ENT consultant who sent word of his findings direct to this company. I was able to explain my anxiety about the cause of my problem and felt that this was all understood.
Soon realised that I need not have worried, Sarah was warm and welcoming, sincere and professional. Her encouragement immediately made me feel comfortable with the surroundings and the tests about to be performed.
Throughout the tests she explained what was happening, the outcome and where the results would be sent. At no time was I left confused as to what was happening, nor made to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.
Over the weeks following my initial hearing test I have taken guidance and advice from Sarah on choosing hearing aids, advice in wearing one and what to expect.
It hasn't all been straight forward, but Sarah has been patient and helpful throughout. Settings have been changed and more tests done to get closer to where I need to be.
