Pleasant staff and premises (and within walking distance of my house). I rang up at 0930 about a blockage in my "hearing" ear and was given an appointment for 1440. Now I can hear what people will be saying to me over Easter! Thank you!
(The premises are also close to bus stops serving several routes.)

I found the staff very professional and helpfull. The specialist who carried out the microsuction explained in great detail what to expect during the process and if I needed him to stop at any time he would. After the treatment my hearing was excellent.

Mr Livingston was able to accommodate a quick booking to support a last-minute.com appointment and further give a successful ending to my impacted hearing, the clinic resembled a crime scene by the time my ears were freed from the perils of what was lurking within those remits.

The hearing aids that I purchased were explained thoroughly,and set up for me, and indeed have been excellent throughout the year that I have had them.
