Hearing aids will not charge. Can’t get in touch with the company. Emails bounce back. Left many messages since mid February without a return call. Here it is Mid March and NOTHING. Stay far far away from Hearing Aid Assist folks.
My hearing aids stopped working during the 2nd week. I called to get return info and was told a full refund would be issued within 45 days. I returned the devices immediately and I have receipt of acceptance from the carrier. I have spoken with a rep x 2 and still have not received a refund and no one will return my calls. It has now been 6 months and they still have my money and they still have their returned defective product. It will turn into a legal matter very soon, since their is no cooperation.
I would give them no stars but it was not an option. I have a RMA and my return was received by this company 2 months ago. I called several times and they tell me my credit is on an accounting backlog. Very fraudulent company to deal with. They take advantage of seniors. If you read the returns policy it says "simple returns", nothing simple about this. Very dishonest people. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU PEOPLE AND WANT MY REFUND NOW!!! BUYERS BEWARE. I tried to contact Nicholas Naylor President of Hearing Assist but no response. I guess holding up my funds is typically how they do business. At 68 years old on a fixed income, this is the last thing I need to deal with.
Fantastic customer service. Kathy is VERY concerned employee. The HEARING ASSIST with Bluetooth are the BEST EVER.
