Hearing Healthcare is an excellent hearing aid provider. An independent company, they really know what they are talking about, are incredibly thorough in their testing and recommend the best hearing aids for you as an individual. I moved to HHC from a high st provider and it has made all the difference. I feel I’m getting the best possible care to maximise my hearing to suit my lifestyle. I’ve seen all the audiologists and they are all good, but I’ve mostly seen Daniel, who always has something interesting to say about new research/technology and the relationship between hearing and cognition. This makes me feel confident I’m getting expert advice from people really interested in hearing loss. Two other pluses - HHC have been brilliant at bailing me out at short notice, whether it’s a wax problem or a malfunctioning aid and they are also supremely professional and courteous in an old fashioned way.

The team at Cambridge Hearing Healthcare Centre provide an excellent service and I have been a client since 2021 and would highly recommend them for all your additional hearing requirements.

The HHC is a very professional and friendly operation, well equipped and with a very good team of audiologists. Thoroughly recommended.

I went to see Chris as I had been experiencing troubling buzzing in my right ear. I had already seen other medical providers who unfortunately didn’t seem very interested, which left me feeling even more anxious. From the moment I arrived, Chris took the time to really listen to my concerns and was extremely patient in explaining what might be happening. He could clearly see how worried I was, and his calm, professional manner instantly put me at ease. He shared a wealth of knowledge and, for the first time, I left feeling reassured and more in control. Thank you so much, Chris, for your time and expertise.

A very professional consultation , the test was extensive with all of the results shared with me. There was no pressure to buy a hearing aid . Excellent service which l would recommend and will use again.

What was going to be covered at this annual check-up was clearly explained as was each actual test. All conclusions were fully described and discussed in a two-way conversation.

Once we had our ears syringed at the GP surgery. Now, I use the Hearing Healthcare Centre which, conveniently, is only two or three hundred yards from my house. From two visits, three years apart, waiting time is non-existent - I was given appointments on the same day; treatment is by an experiened audiologist; vaccuum cleaning has replaced syringing; and the findings and treatment were explained at every stage. There is, of course, a charge but it feels like value for money..

Rachel was very professional, explained procedures clearly and extremely pleasant. Best audiologist I have visited. Have already recommended to a friend.

This was an unannounced drop in after experiencing a problem with my hearing aids the previous night. I was seen immediately by Andy who fixed the problem quickly. I was able to make my meet-up with a friend on time.

Daniel was thorough, thoughtful, attentive and helpful as always as he reviewed my hearing aids and updated its settings.
