Hearingusa 

One hearing aid stopped working after 4 months. Company website was no where to be found. Tried to contact the support for them listed in instruction manual and it doesn’t exist . Do not buy from them.

Horrible had hearing aids since February 2023. One hearing aid stopped working after using for a week. No listing as to where to get a replacement. No store listed either. Instruction book does not list customer service phone or email.

Horrible. I sent in my one hearing aid in February and have not received a replacement. Many calls everywhere to no avail.Has cost me sleepless nights and frustrating beyond what I can imagine. Everyone is nice on the phone but there has been NO solution. I would never trust this company again and will probably have to go to court to get my aid and hear again.

Ordered 2 hearing aids from this company due to 2022 review and thought I was ordering from a USA company only to find product is from Hong Kong. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and also purchased extended 3 year replacement from them. One has already stopped working (less than 3 weeks) and I can not reach the company (so much for extended warranty I paid extra for). Does anyone know how to reach this company and have them make good on their products and warranties?

Purchased hearing aids because of a review under "Best Hearing Aids of 2022." (1) I never expected that a company called HearingUSA would actually ship direct from Hong Kong. They took 3 weeks to arrive. (2) They were running a special of buy one get one free. They neglected to tell you ANYWHERE in the purchase that the second one needed it's own charger (comes with a USB adapter and plug for only one of them. Guess you can only charge one at a time and only hear out of one ear at a time.) Tried to email them to rectify or return. Noel from the help center at HearingUSA responded twice and then the website went completely dark. I guess I'm thankful they weren't tremendously expensive. I leave the warning for everyone else though that they can't be trusted.

Bought these hearing aids in Jan 2022. One quit after one month. The second one just quit after 7 months. Lesson is you get what you pay for.

I ordered hearing aids middle of December from HearingUSA. Tracking number supplied. Package arrived at my post office in Northern Ontario Canada two (2) weeks later. Easy to use immediately. My right ear is deaf so only left aid required. Both aids can be used in either ear. The sound amplification is as good as my previous $2500 hearing aids. I recommend this company for quality and price of product and efficiency.

This company DOES NOT stand behind their product. They will not issue a refund nor will they advise you how to return the product. They refuse to answer email. This is no way to run a business.
