I cannot thank Ed and the team at HearingWales Swansea enough for the care and support they have given my mum.

When she first attended for her hearing tests she was extremely frightened and unsure of what to expect. Ed and the team treated her with such kindness, patience, and reassurance that it immediately put her at ease.

Four weeks later she is practically a different woman. Her confidence is returning and the improvement in her hearing has made such a difference to her daily life and to all of us as a family.

We are incredibly grateful for the attention, professionalism, and genuine care shown throughout the process. Thank you for giving my mum back such an important part of her life.

The staff were excellent, polite and really efficient. My wife who has Alzheimer's was made to feel totally at ease. We had to return a couple of times due to the level of ear blockage but there was no extra charge.

I have always received first class treatment and attention from Hearing Care Wales ,particularly from the audiologist and receptionist at their Swansea Branch.Whenever I have had problems with my hearing or hearing aids,I have been seen asap either at their Swansea branch or as a house call.

Excellent service. Having lost my hearing aid I was taken care of by Laura on reception who was extremely helpful in organising my appointments which were very difficult to organise because of my job

A warm welcome on arrival from the lady in reception. I had been experiencing dizziness and some issues with my ears and had a very thorough assessment with Ed. He was super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and also gave me a hearing test on the spot to check all aspects of my hearing and ear health. Highly recommend this family business.

Dave was extremely helpful. He replaced the box of filters as the wrong size had been sent, showed how to change them and was pleasant and professional throughout. It is very convenient to have home visits.

Dave and Ed were very welcoming, professional and knowledgable. I was a bit nervous going in as if never had my hearing tested before but they both put me at ease straight away. Highly recommend visiting them. Thanks boys!

Great service. My ears were totally blocked up with wax and hair. Came out of there like a new person. I could hear again lol

Friendly and professional staff and reasonable prices. Particularly appreciated the fact they didn't charge for the follow up when I hadn't used the ear drops as instructed before my first appointment.
