I contacted Dr George Panayiotou because I had a sudden hearing loss. My ENT doctor said that the only solution would be a hearing aid. Email communication was excellent. The hearings aids arrived quite quickly considering the distance between Cyprus and New Zealand. They worked as advertised. I have had them for more than a year and they are still working perfectly. The rechargeable batteries are still strong and last for my full day (06:00-24:00hs). They have been splashed and rained upon so I believe that the claim to be waterproof is valid!

The service is 100% professional. I bought quality hearing aids online without ever going to the store myself. I got the devices in a few days, perfectly configured according to my audiogram and ready to use. Dr. George is always reachable for questions and his advice was accurate. And last but no least: The prices are sensationally low.

I have received the hearing aids, as programmed by Doctor George. My experience has been very positive. George responded to all my questions with patience, understanding and obvious technical knowledge. I still have to have the final remote session with him, where he will fine-tune the settings to meet my demanding needs. In my own case, I had an audiology test from a hospital, rather than relying on a company that provides hearing aids. Doctor George was able to use this data to program the aids. I did some research initially, which might have put a less patient specialist into a tantrum. When I compare my own experience with that described by my friend who also uses hearing aids, it was obvious that they, normal hearing companies, charge a lot of money for the excellent service that they provide, but I wasn't convinced that, at the end of the day, I would receive more precise attention to their needs than I have received from Doctor George. I still feel this.

One year after receiving my phonak hearing aids with cshells perfectly adjusted to my 60~70% hearing loss, I can’t be more happy with the service provided by Hearmore4less.

Dr George was brilliant from the start, all questions answered promptly, sent him a new test report, gave me full info on the product with distance set up and absolutely great price. Gave deposit and in a short time the aids were in stock and set up, paid the remaining amount and he dispatched the product. Received the hearing aids very promptly with no problems with delivery or clearing customs. The aids fitted perfectly, just had to change the ear domes, and then set up via the app. He had to make some changes especially to the volume for me and the aids have worked perfectly. Dr George is always there if I need him. Would fully recommend, excellent service, excellent product all at a great price. Don’t worry about purchase online as long as you have a current hearing test to give him.

Where is Cyprus? And they have audiologists there? Not serious ? You have to be almost deaf to believe it. I was little worried when I wanted to order online from one of the Gulf countries to a company located in Nocosia. I was worried whether my product will be good, money will be safe as we are paying upfront. Dr George was so kind enough to clarify all my doubts. In whatsup chat I asked so many silly questions for which all he was so passionate and patient to explain me everything. Comprehensive advice, reliable delivery and good aftercare

I cannot be more supportive of Hearmore4less. I could get my device, fully configured and perfectly set to my hearing loss, for a fraction of the price if bought directly to some hearing aids facilities. Perfect service, too. Always willing to help!

I was a little worried that purchasing from a company had not heard of and in another country Cyprus might go pear shaped.
Fear not though because the service from Dr George was excellent. My Signia Silk Inner ear 1X hearing Aids arrived pre programmed and worked perfectly straight away.
How nice it is to be able to hear clearly after suffering for years with my NHS hearing aids.

Understandably, I was initially concerned about sending quite a sum of money to a company that I didn't know in another country. However, knowing that Paypal offers some protection, and wouldn't be dealing with a fraudulent company alleviated any risk. I am pleased that is the case as the service has been impeccable. I received the hearing aids, personalised for my hearing, in Spain the day after despatch from Cyprus - probably quicker than I would have received them had I ordered from Spain. I have nothing but good things to say about George and the company.
