Friendly & highly professional people
I was given a warm and friendly greeting for my first micro suction procedure. Any apprehension or concerns I had very quickly evaporated when I realised just how comfortable, straightforward and effective the process is. Having had ear syringing in the last, I would definitely recommend Hearology for a very professional and safe alternative. I had no hesitation in taking up the offer for a free hearing test, too, which seems far more comprehensive than that offered by competitors. Working in the City, the location was extremely convenient, too. Well done to the Team at Hearology!

The waiting room was nice and pleasing
The waiting room was nice and pleasing. The person who checked my ears was very kind patience and answered all my questions in a easy way to understand. The process was quick and painless.

Eva, my technician was great; knowledgeable and kind.
My only complaint is that there wasn’t time in Hearology schedule to give me a hearing test in the two weeks following my appointment.

I was able to get an urgent appointment for microsuction at short notice. The email confirmation was clear about the procedure I was booked in for, and the cost. The premises were clean and bright, and the staff really friendly. I felt very at ease and the procedure was painless. I will have no hesitation going back to Hearology. Thankyou.
