Timely, personable and professional

Bridgett was so thorough, didnt hurt me at all, and I have had a bad experience elsewhere in the past.
Made a follow up apptmt to check some blood that had formed at bottom of eardrum and this was the apptmnt today to check all is well.
Will recommend her to my friends, although a couple had exclaimed at the cost. For me I like to lay down and not just sit in a chair as locally.

This is the best place I even been for my ears.
It is a bit pricey, but ears is a serious topic and I happy to pay a bit more but have such a nice service.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

The best ear clinic. My husband had severe hearing loss and thanks to the highly experienced doctor they managed to locate the issue and sort it out for him. We can’t thank the clinic enough. Do not go anywhere else if you need your ears looked at!

I attended the BPPV clinic this morning for a procedure. Harry Davidson and the whole team at Hearology London Bridge were helpful, expert and reassuring.

Abi was superb. Not the easiest of sessions when you discover you need hearing aids because of hearing loss. But she was thorough, empathetic, clear and supportive. I feel empowered and ready to make the change. Thank you
