I bought 3 of the cedarwood and white musk Bamboo diffusers as I've bought these before from other retailers and I absolutely love the fragrance, however these smell off , old , degraded , not best pleased at all as spent over £30

Bought some bamboo candles, a large is 210g which is less than a medium Yankee candle which is 340g so not good value. To make it worse its made in China and contains Eugenol

Ingestion of this compound may cause gastroenteritis, vomiting and gastric secretion of mucin. It may also cause abdominal burning, nausea, diarrhea and convulsions. Ingestion of large amounts can cause liver damage and gastrointestinal damage. Inhalation of this compound can lead to bronchial irritation, dizziness, and rapid and shallow breathing. Skin contact may cause an inflammatory reaction on the skin. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause allergic dermatitis. Eye contact may cause burns. Skin sensitization may also occur. Symptoms of exposure to this type of compound include intense irritation of all tissues, circulatory collapse, dysuria, hematuria, unconsciousness, tachycardia, pulmonary edema, bronchial pneumonia, abortion and irreversible renal damage.

ACUTE/CHRONIC HAZARDS: This compound may be harmful by ingestion or inhalation. It is a primary irritant and sensitizer. When heated to decomposition it emits acrid smoke, irritating fumes and toxic fumes of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. (NTP, 1992)
So your going to breath this toxic substance every time you use it. This is from China that has very poor practices.

I received the wrong candles in my package, so emailed the company, who responded immediately. The correct item was despatched and received the following day. Lovely product. Fantastic customer service. Wish all companies were this caring. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Fills a medium sized room.

I was given a Reed Diffuser for Christmas and I love it. The scent has fragranced my living room for weeks. So I ordered more. It had been difficult to get the plastic sealer out of the first bottle, but this one is impossible. Wish I could post photos of my bloody finger - literally- having tried, unsuccessfully, to remove the seal with a knife. I'll have to hope that a friend can do it, because I can't!
Wonderful product, but impossible to access.

I purchased a reed diffuser with the “Home for Christmas” fragrance and quite quickly noticed a sickly chemical smell so much so it made me and other family member feel quite nauseous. Other visitors also notice the strange smell. I’m convinced that this was a faulty batch as it was so awful and I threw it in the garbage! I’m very unhappy as it cost £12.99 so it wasn’t that cheap. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
