This site as got to be the worst site ever
They've put a £100 monthly deposit limit on my account
Deposited £100 today and played fluffy favorites £100 activated 1 bonus giving 15 free spins paying out £5.76
And minimum wins in between
This is not just today this is every month is the same £100 activates 1 bonus round And minimal wins throughout playing its a absolute joke and needs investigating because for this to repeat every month is just not normal

Very bad site along with all the other linked with deal or no deal game same winners every day and multi times a day at that would no recommend playing there games expensive for ay returns and as for promotion bad returns on them a few free or tickets or spins just not worth it.

Signed up using the deposit £10 get £60, the second i created the account I got a message saying i was not eligible for promotions. Contacted support and apparently "I'm not eligible for promotions on any of their brands: Parimatch UK, BetVictor, WizSlots, Betano UK, talkSPORT BET and Smooth Spins". Not sure why as I have never used any of the above... definitely won't be using them now. Asked support to delete my account and personal details. They need to keep it in line with regulator.. completely fair. However when i asked for specifics of what personal data they are keeping and for what reason, they gave the same generic response "in line with regulator" about 3 times... gave up trying in the end. Stick to the more well known companies.

False advertisement!!! They show that if you sign up you can play £10 to get free spins. As soon as you sign up they remove this. Completely false advertisement from a scammy company.

Absolutely disgusting company, they withhold funds because you have no photo id.. and the advisors on the help line sound like robots, the customer service is shockingly bad, out of the blue they ask for photo iD.. I’m over 70 years of age lol

Shocking this site. The slots on heart bingo are rubbish. They pay rubbish. All this site does is take take take and gives nothing back. They say bonus pays on a random generator yet every bonus ive had this week has been less than 2 quid and that's on 20p bets with ante bet activated. I'll be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Possibly the worst site I've ever played , £100s on 3 games and never no bonuses , winnings on any of the games is so little , this site is all taken and no wins .don't waste your money and wish I checked the reviews 1st.

Played fishin frenzy the big catch 3, games blatantly rigged was putting the winnings in balance before it even had completes spin THEN got on the pick a fish option again before did even picked a fish it had out the win into the balance how they guna know what fish I picked before id even done it totally rigged on this game

Got all three pots bonus and won 40p how is that even possible i thought atleast a minimum return percentage would been atleast 10x bet but nope 40p off a bonus with all pots activated span 40p then nothing after. Never again will I use or recommend this site

Ok so I was asked by a good friend to try out heart bingo ran from Gibraltar, I’m not the sort of person that gets concerned about loosing a little money as I do understand the meaning of safe gambling. I connected with the app and to be honest straight away I felt there was something wrong,I played the bingo game for about an hour and loosing £40 on a game that requested 20p per game. I thought let’s see if I buy the maximum it would show at least a close game on one of the 100 cards playing. Guess what ? Nothing, so I gave it a thought left it for a day and then placed £20 on the account, playing 2p a card and using 100 cards per bet and guess What? Nothing ! Here’s what I found there were certain names appearing nearly every game that wins. Mostly the top prize but always in the payout. That’s after 3 hours of playing. And 2 hours the day before. Now I can’t tell you for certain why or what they are doing this for ? I guess to take money from the vulnerable, I thought heart bingo as stated is a legal site , I feel it really needs looking at. My advice look else ware for your true enjoyment, we all play for the entertainment and of course a little profit, but you are not going to get it here sorry folks.

So now this company trace you down through apple and they disclose your email address to them, I’m sure this is against the law too, be vary aware trades description act and privacy laws should not be shared with anyone. Like I have said do not trust this site
