I have been working with Daniel for close to two years at the moment of writing this review and the support that he has offered me on my journey so far has been amazing. His compassion, professionalism, understanding and ability to allow and encourage me to explore myself from multiple angles is a constant inspiration.

Therapy can seem daunting to many and I was one of those who thought exactly that. From the first contact to our first session, I knew that Daniel would be a nurturing and positive soul that would share his energy to guide me towards where I am going. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and cannot overstate the impact that working with him in the beautiful environment he provides has had on my life.

I give thanks for energy he brings and for the opportunity to continue working together.

I have been using Heartical therapy for almost 2 years and I must say, I have definitely grown and learned a lot about myself. I’m given the space to flesh my thoughts without ever feeling judged and I have definitely noticed (as well as friends and family) that I process things better now. I don’t feel pressure to constantly book sessions or that they are not available when in need. I would recommend Heartical therapy to those who want to go on that journey of healing/growth. I was apprehensive about therapy before but I’m good I’ve embarked on this journey.

I had an eft session with Daniel which was amazing, I left the session feeling energised and happy and I look forward to the next session!
