Great device and amazing customer service
The Heart math device is awesome- just like the customer service.
The device which was first sent to me arrived in poor conditions so I contacted customer service who were super helpful and quickly sent out another device with one of their books as a free gift.
The device and free app are so easy to set up and use and seems very reliable and accurate.
I’m definitely going to recommend the device to people I know- heart rate variability and coherence are such helpful parameters to measure.

Heart Coherence!!!
Heart Coherence!!!
So I've been using one of those InnerBalance sensors for about 9 months now and it's just incredible. Being able to actually see your heart and mind going into coherence is just so awesome!
I would never bother doing heart coherence if it wasn't for the fact I knew for sure it really is a thing and also it's useful to actually know when you've managed to get into coherence because it doesn't always work and some techniques work better than others.
HeartMath has certainly improved my life.
