I've held store credit with this store since July 2023, and more than 2 years later, I still have been able to use it because they don't release new products! The only thing that's semi-new are the vintage reworked pieces, but that's impossible to evaluate as a purchase given they only have 1 photo. Despite regularly checking the website, I've not had a fair opportunity to use my credit. It's unreasonable to be left holding funds indefinitely without access to viable products. Plus, my comments on their IG get deleted which is unethical. Save your money, shop somewhere else.

Ordered and paid $150 4/6/2023 and items never arrived. Questioned with customer service multiple times with no answer initially. Contacted Instagram account who informed me on 15/8/23 that they couldn’t find any emails to customer service. Finally got a reply from customer service who then mentioned items were on pre-order and would be delivered in the next few weeks. Items were never shipped. They sent a gift card of only $75 (half what I paid) with a broken link to reimburse me. The gift card did not work. Unfortunately ended up being scammed. Do not buy from this store.

I have had nothing but issues with this company since I purchased $300 bathing suit. The suit arrived and was completely incorrect in terms of the sizing guide. I immediately contacted the company to provide me a return label. They told me they would only be able to do store credit perfectly fine. I returned the suit Within a day of them providing me a label. The bathing suit went back. I kept the cover-up Bolero. I was only refunded for part of the bathing suit. I contacted the company over and over again and have not heard back regarding the Store credit I should’ve received for the entire bathing suit.

Wouldn’t waste your time ordering from this website the order never arrived I waited many months they kept saying it is in production and they were waiting for materials in the end I had to open a PayPal dispute as they refused to refund if I could give it a -10 for customer service I would
