I have followed Luba on Instagram for over a year, and after finally finishing my first consultation, I am blown away. I have never met someone who could understand my needs and my personality so immediately. She is a true professional who brings a rare, human element to the dating sphere.
What makes Luba stand out from any other matchmaker is her unmatched dedication. She is the only matchmaker I know who travels the world to meet her clients in person.
She goes above and beyond, even cooking Borsch for clients to introduce them to the beauty of Ukrainian culture.
She listens to what you aren't saying just as much as what you are.
At 33, I have no trouble getting dates, but like many women, I am exhausted by the "Tinder culture." I am ready for a serious, committed relationship, and I know that Luba is the person to facilitate that. I have total confidence that her curated approach will lead me to the right man.

Highly Recommended: Professional Support with a Personal Touch

I cannot express enough gratitude to Luba and Stryker for the incredible support they provided in my international relationship journey. Thanks to them, I met my partner Troy over a year ago, and we are now at the final stage of the K-1 visa process awaiting our embassy interview.
What sets them apart is that they aren't just professionals-they truly care. We even traveled to Valencia to meet them in person, and their dedication to the couples they work with is undeniable.
One of the highlights of our experience was being the first to play their "Together" game. It was a fantastic tool that helped us to get to know each other on a much deeper level and build a strong foundation of closeness despite the distance.

I met Luba in person in Milan - it was an eye opening experience to the world of Ukrainian matchmaking. After the professional photos and videos done by her team, I've since received fantastic support via texts/calls/audio messages helping me on my journey in the new world of meeting Ukrainian women. Zero regrets on becoming a client.

Apathy and incompetence are the two words I would use to describe this company. I signed up for the 12 match package, but within a few weeks I was so disappointed with the experience I asked for a full refund. They refused but agreed to downgrade me to the 6 match package so they returned a small amount of money. I was a client of HR for 1 year. At the beginning I gave them a list of qualities I was looking for in a partner (extroverted, intelligent, educated (advanced degree), likes travel, stays fit, speaks English, etc). Pretty basic things that could easily be checked. During the entire year, HR never, not once, reached out to me to suggest a match based on my criteria. It became clear that HR doesn’t actually know their clients (male or female). They are unable to provide thoughtful and informed matches because they don’t put forth any effort to actually know the clients.

Their approach instead is to let clients select matches from their database. As of April 2026, there are 2437 women in the database. However, if you are a guy looking to start a family with someone, the number of women who are early 30s or younger, with no children, and who can also speak some English is only 188 (e.g. only 7% of the profiles). Then there is the usual issues of filtering out the women you aren't attracted to, who have the qualities you want, etc. Then of course the women you like may not be interested in you. In my case, there was an extreme lack of possible options, and I spent months waiting for new women to appear to try to find matches.

During my 1 year, I matched with only 2 women. The first, I had 2 zoom calls and then flew to her city to meet in person. Extremely disappointing experience. She didn’t look like her photos (in terms of weight), and there was no emotional connection. The second match we had a zoom call for about 30 minutes and I knew pretty quickly it wasn’t going to work due to some incompatibility issues. Around that time, Luba tried to get me to set up calls with some other women. Two of them didn’t speak English (see my list above). A third one was showing clear signs of disinterest after some text messages. I told Luba I don’t want to waste the few calls I have on women who are clearly not compatible with me. She didn’t care and tried to get me to set up the calls anyway. Apathy and Incompetence.

After 1 year, I again asked for a refund. They reluctantly agreed but only when I said I would not leave a review (the one thing they do seem to care about). I received a partial refund, but I feel prospective clients should know about my experience so they can make an informed choice. In the end I am out thousands of dollars and have received nothing of value in return, it has left a bitter taste.

RESPONSE TO HR

HR’s response to my review is quite telling. Instead of addressing the flaws in their matchmaking process, they’ve chosen to attack and insult me directly. This is a glimpse into the type of attitude I dealt with since joining their service. Since they are calling me a liar, I must respond.

[1st match photos] – HR never met this woman in person. I did. She did not look like the photos.

[Course work] – In the beginning I did the Ascend course. For some reason HR claimed I didn’t. Note that this course is mostly repackaged material from the “pick up artist” community, they even use the same buzzwords – nothing original or groundbreaking really.

[Coaching] – true I wasn’t interested in their coaching, mostly because they failed to demonstrate competence in their main business, matchmaking. So why would I trust them as dating coaches?

[44 dating women 30] – False, both of my matches were 37 years old.

[Dressing well / video expensive] – Complete fabrication; we spoke for 30 minutes with video on; call was coming to an end and I was running out of data so I asked her to turn off video – she was fine with it. I never said anything about being in love with a woman in Paris. HR was not on the call, they have no first hand knowledge of what happened, and never bothered to ask for my side of things. Apathy and incompetence.

[Arranging the call / sunsets] – Another fabrication; I tried to set up a call, she needed to wait 1 week due to work schedule. I sent her some fun messages and pictures in the mean time to try to get conversation going. She would not respond for several days and barely acknowledged the photos. Obvious signs of disinterest – why waste a call on someone like that?

Since they made things personal I will mention that on 2 different occasions, Luba made bizarre and totally inappropriate racist remarks to me. She referred to Filipina women as “monkeys”, and German people as “sausages”. Totally inappropriate to say things like this to a client, but it gives some idea of who these people are.

Some time ago I purchased "Together" they call it a game. This is not a game. The text on the outside of the box describes it best. The questions are great. Both me and the lady who went through the questions agreed it was enjoyable. If the lady you are doing the questions with is truly into you, you are going to see her light up. You're going to see it in her face and in her eyes and her voice. We decided to save a few cards for our future meeting. Just keep in mind every woman is different. The value from the question on these cards is immense. 💙🇺🇦💛

I went to the Austin Heart Rocket meetup and had a really good time. Luba and Stryker were both fun to talk to and did a good job keeping the event moving with activities and things for everyone to do.
They’re also clearly very knowledgeable and had a lot of useful insight to share. What I appreciated most was that there wasn’t much pressure.
Another big plus was meeting the other guys there. It was interesting hearing about their experiences and learning from what had worked (or not worked) for them. Overall, I’m glad I went and thought it was worth attending.

I would say they under promised and over delivered. It felt like there was another day added to the meet up. They were very professional and attentive to everyone's questions. I would definitely attend again.

Stryker and Luba are nice, genuine folks. They put on a great event in Austin with authentic Ukranian food and a fun diversion on 6th street. I really enjoyed it!
