Hearts Valley is an awesome company with great products. And the customer service is top notch. I had an issue with one of my bracelets. So, I reached out to them for assistance and they responded right away. And after attempting to follow their recommendation to correct my issue. I reached back out to advise it did not resolve my issue. And without even asking they immediately created a new order for me and sent it out and no cost. I will definitely by from them again, and they have a customer for life.

I bought the bracelets as a 13th anniversary gift for my wife. They are simple but so amazing. My wife loved them. Every time we hold hands, the hearts connect. Neither of us have taken the bracelet off since getting them.
