SCAM

SCAM. Product….What a shower of nonsense this company is, after 13 emails, answered with odvious copy and paste replies from who knows where claiming to be negotiating with legal team ? About my claim for refund, as they were a useless product, offer me £29.99 plus postage cost saying they could not re-sell them as they were a hygiene product.

SCAM COMPANY

Useless aids not fit for purpose and they will not honour their promise to refund within 45 days! They should not be allowed to trade. Do not believe their glowing reviews on Facebook or Google.

Just another con. Don’t waste your money.

Another company that goes a long way to write stories that make them sound like they will fix your hearing problems. I have tried all the big brands as well and none of them are worth the money.

None existent returns policy. What you get is basic amplification. Don’t believe the hype. Save your money.

What’s important to know about companies like this which I have had experience with in the past

Purchased hearing aids on google for £149.99 swayed by there no exsistance 45 day returns policy not worth the paper it’s written on after a number of emails to Josephine who then passed me to Mary so that I wished to return for refund as they where not to my expectations, very nice lady but after numerous emails that they wanted to try not to accept return they offered me £29.99 +up to £10 return postage which is not a full refund which I refused, so please do not purchase anything from this company as you will not receive any refund from them or a derisory offer to send back to them, this is not what I would call a good company to trade with beware.

It's a Scam

These aids were recommended by Better Living, a supposedly independent researcher for hearing aids.

Better Living is the brainchild of its' registered director Yulong Zheng - and guess what - the aids are made in China

Hearwell has not traded up to November 2024 (Companies House).

This is a SCAM - if you buy them you will regret it.
