Expensive and no choice but to remain with them.

Moved last year into a new build property. Have been advised there is no choice of supplier for heating and hot water as Vattenfall are the Heat Network Operator. After few months of being charged, its soon become apparent they are ridiculously expensive. If there is any way you can avoid, then definitely do your research and look at changing. To simply keep the home at a comfortable temperature and shower daily is costing 1/3 more than I used to pay with Octopus.
