Very prompt and straightforward communications and admin; good and clear info and instructions; clear and upfront pricing. I had a sudden problem with a tenant boiler and Heatcare were able to attend next day at a fair and reasonable cost.

Heatcare Soouh installed a new gas boiler here a few years ago and have looked after it ever since with no problems. Great, reliable service provided by polite and tidy experts - highly recommend.

Our boiler was showing a fault first thing in the morning. With elderly mother in law and a young child was a big concern. Rang Paul's emergency line and he got straight back. Paul was able to diagnose on the phone and a simple reset got us up and running. Definitely on my to keep list of numbers now. Easy to book, quick response and advice given to try and resolve problem ourselves to avoid paying for call out. When visit needed, booked in quickly for next morning with good advice.
