I have paid for the update, they will not provide the update to my account and does not provide any support. they take 36 to 48 to respond to any email. I indicated i would have to chargeback the order if they wont provide the bot. their response was that they would ban my entire account. Not the way to do business and not the way to respond. I am with in my right to receive the service or a refund.

BOT IS USELESS AS F!!! they will block you from tweeter if you make bad comments about them so they will look a very good bot. NEVER COPPED ANY YEEZYS with them, USELESS BOT never even helped to get through splash page. Not sure what is the use of this bot.

These bots got me banned from the Supreme website. Seller admitted it but refused to refund any way. Avoid at all costs.

They band me from purchasing the bot, after saying they had low quality customer service. DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME. TRASH.

I have managed to cop any item since December, and know i think my mac is banned from supremenewyork.

Scam bot, doesn't even work and never respond back to us. Silent the whole time everyone was asking for help and still silent after. RT fake accounts copping shoes using heatedsneaks. I wouldn't mind if they at least reply back to us explaining the situation but not a single word from them. Really sketchy.
