Extorsion

I have been parking at Heathrow for many years, and experience the prices rising year on year. Enough is enough. £307 for 4 weeks, is absurd. We get no prizes for racing to becoming the most expensive city in the world. Im switching off from such businesses.

Car returned to us covered in mud and…

Car returned to us covered in mud and looking as though it had been used in a dirt rally.
When calling to complain there excuse was pathetic, claiming they had cleaned there car storage area and our car got covered in mud. NO WAY, our car wheels and arches were thick with dried caked on mud.

Park Lane Meet &Greet need…

Park Lane Meet &Greet need investigating.
We nearly had a choice to either abandon our car in the short stay for two weeks or miss a flight. Waited for nearly two hours,62 calls later and we had to check in our cases then return to the car park and was asked(forced) to pay for the two hours i had been there!!! On return again waited an hour to find my car caked in bird poo,not just a bit totally caked the whole of the rear screen. And that wasn’t the end, they parked in a monitored zone so i returned to two parking tickets for £120, photos clearly show my car parked in a business unit. Mark my words they will be prosecuted soon

They don’t take any responsibility

Dropped car off with booking confirmation. Tried to pick up 3 weeks later- refused, said I had cancelled booking and wanted over £1k to return my car. Some confusion over booking my fault but they accepted the car and at no time did they contact me with any issues. Just travelled long distance, awake 48 hours and waiting for police now. Not even offered me a chair and I’m a pensioner. Disgusted- these are cowboys. Don’t use.

Absolutely appalled by my experience…

Absolutely appalled by my experience with Heathrow Valet Parking (Terminal 2).

I left my car in perfect condition, only to return and discover it had been moved off-site without clear consent, supposedly due to “operational storage reasons.” A leaflet in the car claimed it had only been relocated for two days — but that’s not the issue.

The real problem? My car came back covered in dust (despite being freshly valeted) and with two wheels visibly chipped — clearly damaged while in their care. No one informed me, no accountability, nothing.

To make matters worse, I collected the car at night, so the damage wasn’t visible until the following day.

This is completely unacceptable. You trust a valet service to look after your vehicle, not damage it and stay silent.

I will never use Heathrow Valet Parking again and strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

Please do not ever use this company

Please do not ever use this company. We waited nearly 1.5 hours after calling Park Lane 45 minutes before we were going to arrive at Heathrow. This ruined our initial airport experience. We couldn’t get through to them on the phone. When we did speak with him he was very rude.

When we returned 3 weeks later from New Zealand after very long flights we were told to wait which we did for over an hour and then just got a text message to say our car was at the meeting point. We found our key on the front tyre which is unacceptable. Anybody could have stolen our car and exited the car park. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

If I could give a minus rating I would…

If I could give a minus rating I would have. Firstly they stated that I had 2 bookings, and that I was not due to pick up my car. Then they told me that they could not locate my car and denied that I had dropped it off with them. They put the phone down in a number of occasions and would not answer the phone. They told me that I had called the wrong company despite the fact that I had returned their call by using the redial! It took almost 1.5 hours to get my car back. They requested that I get a taxi to some random address to get my car, I refused to do this as it was very late at night and being a female traveller I did not feel comfortable. The driver eventually called to say he was at the airport - it took me less than 5 minutes to get to the allocated bay. My car was there but no driver to be seen! They had simply left my car and had put the key on the front tyre!! Service appalling, no customer care or service whatsoever. Deceitful, dishonest and rude staff.

I waited for over an hour after being…

I waited for over an hour after being told my car would be with me shortly, I paid extra for ticket access into the short stay car park upon entry and exit to what I paid online and got treated like I was simply a commodity.
After a 22 hour flight it was an horrendous experience.
Poor customer service, and not only that, they left a snotty rag on my passenger seat.
Would NEVER use them again, worth paying extra for a decent level of customer service.
Oh, and because of the lack of trust that this company caused, I had to mention that unless my car was returned, I had to consider it stolen and would contact the police if not returned asap.
You might think that’s excessive, but the anxiety and poor service they caused meant that I needed answers.
The car was then returned immediately, absolute cowboys!

The company should be shut down and trading standards take action. I was not met at terminal 2 for at least half hour after arrival, no paperwork issued when the rude driver asked for the keys and asked for payment for exiting the car park. I tracked the car and it was moving all over London, when I rang the office the tracker was switched off, upon returning it took one and half hours waiting before the car was returned in a filthy dirty state.DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL JOURNEY CANT EMPHASISE ENOUGH

DO NOT USE!!!!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Upon returning from my trip, I followed the collection instructions provided and called your service at approximately 11:35 after collecting my luggage. I spoke to a staff member named Ali, who informed me that my vehicle would be returned within 45 minutes. After waiting the full 45 minutes in the car park, the vehicle had still not arrived, so I called again to request an update.

During this call, Ali spoke to me in an extremely aggressive and unprofessional manner and told me to “shut up”. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. He then repeatedly changed the estimated return time of my vehicle, first telling me it would take an hour, then 25 minutes, and later another 20 minutes. In total, I waited approximately an hour and a half in the car park before my vehicle was returned, despite being advised it would take much less time.

After this interaction, Ali then refused to answer calls from my phone number. Fortunately, I was able to borrow phones from several witnesses nearby in order to contact your service again. Had I been alone, I would have had no way of contacting your company to retrieve my own vehicle, which is absolutely disgraceful.

When the vehicle was finally delivered, I mentioned the situation to another member of staff who commented that “Ali is very rude to people,” which is extremely concerning to hear from your own colleagues.

Upon entering my car, I discovered several items that did not belong to me, including cigarettes, lighters, and Indian rupee notes. I also noticed that all of my vehicle’s Bluetooth connections had been deleted and that a new phone had been connected. This clearly shows that someone had been using my vehicle systems. The drive to drop off my vehicle at the time of day was 8 minutes so there was no need to connect a device to my vehicle.

Additionally, there is now a scratch on the front driver’s side alloy wheel, which was not present when I dropped the car off.

Poor Rude service

This would be a -1. DO NOT USE!!! They kept us waiting to drop the car off over an hr, and so rude on the phone. When he arrived, just grunted at us and drove off after we had paid the parking charge.
Stuck in Thailand for an extra 10 days as no flights home due to airports being shut. Another charge was added to keep the car for that length of time. Emailed with all the flight details, arrival times etc. Flight was delayed and did not land until 23.30, guess what, they wouldn’t bring the car as they were closed he then hung up the phone and turned it off so went to voicemail. So now stuck with another hotel bill until 5am and we will see what happens then. Will they redeem themselves very unlikely, cowboys after a quick buck!!!!

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Despite pre-advising of arrival for drop off there was no one there to meet us… I was asked to leave the car key on the tyre!
On arrival contacted them after baggage was collected and had to wait OVER TWO HOURS for the car. The guy in their office was almost unintelligible, but he asked me, at 10pm on a Sunday night, to “bear with him whilst he found a driver”… just what we needed after a 12 hour flight with a four hour drive to come!
In addition, we had to pay Parking charges for the short term Parking on arrival and for the drop off Parking on departure, another £17 to add to the bill which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking T&C’s.
Just a bunch of Cowboys, avoid at all costs!!

Park lane 'Meet and greet'

Park lane 'Meet and greet' - AVOID!
Shocking 'service'! Was told it would take 45 mins for my car to be returned, but ended up taking almost 2hrs. Was told my battery had died and they were trying to jump start it, but most worringly, they REFUSED to give me the address where my car was parked so I could give it to RAC! When RAC got involved, suddenly my car worked again and was returned. Rude, aggressive staff with absolutely no care. DO NOT USE!

PARKLANE MEET AND GREET - NEVER USE THEM

PARKLANE MEET AND GREET: SHAMBOLIC, DISHONEST and totally incapable of meeting their own stated times. When you call them they claim the car/driver is en route but it isn’t … you call again and are told “to be honest …” but they aren’t being honest, your car still isn’t en route, it hasn’t even left wherever they’ve parked it. WAITED OVER 2.5 HOURS after first calling them - then they parked on a different level and ran, leaving our key on the front tyre … NEVER USE THEM

Used this service on 8 December 2025

Used this service on 8 December 2025 — absolutely misleading.

At booking, there was no clear disclosure of extra Heathrow entry/exit charges. Customers are told to call the driver while travelling and 45 minutes before return, which is impossible when you are on a flight with no signal.

My car was left at Holiday Inn parking, resulting in a £100 fine that I had to pay myself. When I tried to resolve this, I was pushed between multiple WhatsApp numbers, with my personal data passed around and no accountability.

This service is actually operated as HMG Parking while advertising itself as “Heathrow Meet and Greet.” This is deceptive. What was meant to save money ended up costing me three times more.

ParkLane Meet and Greet - Avoid

ParkLane Meet and Greet - avoid!!!

Three reasons for our very poor experience:

1) The meet and greet was over an hour late on arrival despite calling ahead as instructed when we were 30 mins away - so glad that we were not rushing for our plane! (and this resulted in us paying a higher fee for the car park too!)
2) The car park was 5 miles away (we asked when the driver finally collected it from us) - but had over 50 miles on the clock when returned.
3) We had to wait over 2 hours for the car to be returned, despite calling as instructed when we collected our luggage. We were told it would be 55 mins (which in itself was disappointing) - but we had to chase 3 times before the car finally left the car park (yes we were tracking it!!) - and the driver visited T3 and then T5 before finally coming to us at T4 - and then gave us a piece of paper that showed that we were at T4 with a pickup time 2 hours earlier!!!

This was not "meet and greet" by any stretch of the imagination.

Dreadful service - so disappointing - cannot provide any recommendation!
