It is cheap but not worth it. Website is misleading. There is no "park & ride", the car park is an abandonned construction site, communication is horrendous (is someone operating this from their kitchen..?), the staff are rude and misogynistic (you drive a car so you can only be a "sir"). I'm not entirely sure why both seats needed to be reclined and I found the left overs of a chocolate bar in the car. Feeling releived to have recovered my car! Never again.

I would not recommend booking a meet and greet service with this company. I telephoned the number provided on the email several times one hour prior to arriving at the airport (as instructed in the email) and nobody answered the call. Their response is their payment processor is restricted from processing refunds and ask the bank for a chargeback.

Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. As others have said, should be no stars. Called as requested on the booking confirmation, 45 minutes before we arrived and they had no record of our booking. Eventually found the waste ground and handed over our keys. Our ride to the terminal was in an unroadworthy car. On arrival, called for collection and they said they would drive our car to pick us up which we didnt want. Again no recollection of our car. Took them over an hour to return our car. Called 4/5 times and they kept putting the phone down on us. Very difficult to understand what they were saying on the phone.
Shocking service.
I’ll be honest, this company isn’t even worth 1 star, we had to wait 15 minutes after dropping our car in a dark & unmanned car park. Our lift was in an old car that probably wasn’t insured to do the transfer, when we got to the terminal we were charged £15 for the drop off & car park charge on our arrival back. When we returned we had to wait over an hour for our car to be returned, luckily I called as soon as we had departed the plane.
I rang 4-5 times & they were very unpolite over the phone, when we eventually got our car, on exiting the car park I had to pay £8 as they hadn’t paid for the ticket, I rang them & was told to send my bank details & they would refund it, I’m still waiting for it after 2 weeks. I thought this was meant to be meet & greet at the terminal, when I called to say we were on our way I was sent the car park location as they apparently don’t start meet & greet until 8am. This is not mentioned at the time of booking at all. This company seriously needs looking into & shut down as they do not state things properly on there website & are definitely no help over the phone & quite rude & abrupt. I do not believe any of these people are properly licensed or fully insured to do this job. Definitely advise not to use at all, report them do not use them.

So my car had someones name (sandhu) linked in the car play and cigarette burns on the inside. So it’s clear to me he took it for a joyride as there was 20miles extra on the clock and he also crashed it and smashed up the front to the cost of £5000 worth of damage. They didn’t even say a word about it they just left the keys on the front wheel and left like I wasn’t going to notice the damage. They are refusing to hand over insurance details and stating they will fix it themselves. I have no intentions of letting these scumbags anywhere near my car again. This company needs to be shut down for false advertising as the website is full of lies (no cctv no 4.8out of 5stars and unfortunately for me it seems like no insurance) and they offer the worst service imaginable while being rude. It may be cheap but you pay for what you get. When I booked there were no reviews but now there are all 1star reviews so book somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of having to deal with rude lowlife scumbags.

Awful service We had to leave our lovely car in a random derelict area We were then driven in a beaten up car to T5 We were charged £15 extra for the lift to the terminal. We handed over our keys with trepidation. We had no choice at this time as needed to rush to get our flight.
On return we had to exit around 45 mins for the car to be returned and pay a further £6 to exit the car park This is NOT a trustworthy company please don’t be tempted by the price.

On my return my car was filthy and no driver to be seen,after eventually getting through he told me he had left my key on the front wheel,leaving the car unattended!! After a harsh exchange of words over the phone the response I got was "whatever" never use this company again it needs shutting down.

I didn’t read the reviews beforehand … big mistake. An hour before arriving, I phoned as directed and I was given a different postcode from the one advertised. The one I arrived at in the early hours resembled a fly tipping site, and we had to park anywhere there was a bit of space. We had to hand over our keys and were driven to terminal 3, having to pay £15 on the way to cover drop off/pick up charges at the airport. The pick up area on return was not as designated as in the original information but we eventually sorted that out. A surprise when my car arrived, and not a pick up car, but the reason soon became obvious. The young man driving in gave me a ticket. I assumed it was paid as I had already paid previously. But no, it cost me a further £8 to leave the terminal. It was with some relief that the car appeared unscathed on pick up but I later found that three £1 pound coins I had deliberately put out of sight in the glove box had been taken. Why is this company still allowed to operate?!

Made the mistake of booking before reading the reviews. Cancelled immediately. Still waiting for the refund. Abrupt on the phone, when they finally get around to answering. Cheap, but you get what you pay for, rubbish service.

I booked for 3.30 entry - accepted and no mention at the time of booking that they only opened at 4. Phoned 12 times before arrival as requested - no reply. Followed the post code on the website - couldn't find the place. Eventually got a phone call from a woman who couldn't speak English (this after the last very irate voice message that I left). She said she would send me the postcode. Completely different address.
We gave up and drove to Heathrow Long Stay. Was unable to pre book at that late stage so took a ticket. Cost me £308. Unfortunately due to the driving around and not finding the place, I did not have the luxury of picking and choosing. We just made our flight in the nick of time. A very expensive lesson learnt.
We have since contacted our Credit Card Company who reversed the payment and refunded us.
If more people did this - they would go out of business.

Terrible communication. we arrived at the holiday inn to drop the car nothing was mentioned that we had to leave our keys there, the car was moved to a remote location away from the airport and apparently very muddy. The person there took other customers to a different terminal as said will be back shortly, we waited around 45 minutes and had to take an uber to the terminal. Upon return they made me pay for the car park at the airport, the car was very dirty on the outside and inside. they mentioned to send a message that they will refund £10 for the wash, of course this didnt happen. I've spent around £45 extra for this bullshit. Now my emails and messages are being ignored and the car is dirty.... Don't use this company!

Our experience is similar to everyone else's and I wish we had seen the reviews! We phoned as instructed and it went through to an answer service. Nobody turned up at Terminal 5 and we had to book another company right there at 3 times the price. We were really lucky that someone from another company was there to help us. It was extremely stressful but at least we didn't experience the pickled up on return as this sounds much worse.

We were left waiting for both drop-off and pick up from Heathrow Terminal 3. Our pick up this morning was particularly bad - our flight was on time yet it took 1.5 hours for our car to be returned to us from the time I notified that we had landed ( it turns out the driver went to T4 rather than T3!) Not only that, when the guy driving our car did arrive, he just got out of the car and left! No apology, no handing over the parking ticket requiring payment for our exit, he just ran off. Judging by the state of our car, the parking area must be a piece of swampland somewhere in West Drayton. I would suggest that people should not use this service.

At drop off I was made to wait 15 minutes before anyone arrived and the person on the phone was not helpful at all.
Collection was even worse. Instead of my car being ready for me, I was waiting and a man in a random car (nothing official from the company) with no company ID showed up telling me he was going to drive me to my car. As a solo female traveller this was incredibly unsafe! I have written to their customer service team but so far no reply.
Update: when I got to my car it had an empty coke bottle in it, a broken charger cable, the radio had been retuned, the seats all adjusted and there were two less bars of petrol in the tank!

Unreliable and rude. Don’t be fooled by low cost. I booked Meet & Greet on departure as well as arrival - on departure nobody was there to pick up my car, and on arrival I was not “met & greeted”, but instead, after a long wait, driven to a dodgy car park by a lovely but visibly scared gentleman who could not understand English (poor guy) to collect my car. Oh and my car had 80 miles extra on the clock, stank of old sweat (not mine!) and I doubt I’ll ever get a refund! Stay well away.

Gave them 60 minute warning of arrival , waited a further 90 minutes in the car park and despite being told that they were constantly 10 minutes away they never turned up and I had to catch my plane. There was another lady who'd been waiting for hours for her car to be returned and they refused to pick up her calls. In the end one of the other companies on-site helped and booked my car into their system otherwise I would have missed my flight.

Supposed 'valet' parking - but at the drop off time my wife had to keep calling them for 45 minutes before anyone arrived- constantly told 'they're a minute away'. You then have to pay for the short stay parking ticket for your wait! On collection we were told 40/50 minutes - it took an hour and a half and they refused to answer our calls as they continued lying again - 'a minute away' when we could see our car was still locked and unmoving. We were about to get an Uber home and file a stolen car when someone eventually turned up. Just the worst experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

On arrrival, we waited for 90 minutes for someone to atrive to collect the car. This was after giving them 60 minutes notice of our arrival time, as required on the booking information.
On our return, we waited to 2 hours to have the car returned to us despite us calling the provided number as required on the booking details. Every time time we called back, we spoke to a different person and they lied about when the car would be back, ranging from a few minutes to 20 minutes. When the car eventually did arrive, it was caked in mud and the footwell of the drivers side was covered in muddy footprints. The staff on the phone are rude and lie consistently, however the driver did understand customer service.
If you use this company, you do so at your peril. You have been warned. There are much better alternatives available.
