Dreadful, do not use
Dreadful, do not use. After 7 or 8 days I rang them to say I hadn't had delivery. They said sorry we couldn't source part so we've refunded you. No communication about this. Absolute crap!!

Decent service, recommended
Overall good service.
Downside is that not all I ordered was shipped to me. When I was chasing up the order after 5 days, it looked like order was missed. But since contacting the company, they quickly dealt with it and I was also offered a refund for what wasn't available, which was paid back in a timely manner. Overall I can recommend this company to purchase staff from for having lower prices than rivals on the market.

H&B is my go to site for supplies. Very prompt delivery which is excellent. The only thing that's letting them down is the website has a few glitches when it comes to payment and non responsive buttons when you try to select items or options.
