The product was on backorder and the website didn't show that rather annoying! However the staff quickly contacted me to advise on the situation and offer two rectification options.

Not very impressive
I ordered a kids parka. Chose this website because they were the only ones offering the colour my daughter wanted, even though it was more expensive than other places. Waited 4 days without any contact. Contacted them self- it turned out they did not have that particular colour and asked me to get on the phone with their supplier to "discuss the colour options".
I then asked for money return, they returned it quickly but "forgot" to return 15AUD for the postage in the first place (which they also returned eventually, after I contacted them again)
On the positive side, when they wrote to me, they seemed nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

Screen failed after 2 years - RESOLVED
Had the underfloor heating installed in our bathroom when the house was built. Only got two years out the the controller before the screen failed. Emailed the company and was just directed to the website to purchase a new controller. Not overly happy about that. A life span of two years is a bit average. Other than that, the heating works great and delivery of the new controller was quick. Hope I don’t have to replace this new controller in two years time for another $200+.
UPDATE
Made contact with the company as per the below reply. Even though there is still a disagreement over how the fault occurred (water/impact damage vs component failure), they have kindly agreed to refund the new controller. Not something I was expecting, so was a nice surprise. Pleasant to deal with and the product works great (apart from the fault I had). Star review amended.
