This company is a bad news

This company is a sham and everyone should stay clear of it..... We had the pleasure of seeing their work . Let me tell you the quality of work was appalling... The only contact we had for the company Robert Davies was not helpful at all and allowed it's plumber to take £560 for 2 hours work. (even when the work was so poor , that we had to redo it). I tried to contact Robert after the event to sort this out, but Robert ignored my calls and text messages. I tried to find out who the MD of this company is , but there are no records of HeatQuickDirect company on the companies house website...... The company address takes you to "workspace office" so something that they renting to disguise their real address.... So, no matter what services you want or need, i strongly suggest that you stay away from it.....

Poor quality control. Double charged.

We purchased a new Vaillant ecoFIT pure 625 boiler ten months ago (17.04.24) and had it installed by a Vaillant certified 'Master Level' Advance engineer (Contractor: Heat Quick Direct 'HQD': Gas Safe No. 557517). The Vaillant Boiler condensation water pump was not installed properly by the certified Contractor and hence started to leak, damaging our Ground floor neighbor's ceiling. Not only did Heat Quick Direct not compensate for damage caused by their work. They also made us pay for another (£320) condensation pump (+labor) to replace the faulty original pump they installed; as well as pay for the downstairs ceiling damage (£320) caused by their leak.

Buyer Beware!
