After almost 1 year of do we or don't we and doing a bit of homework we decided to give
Heatsafe Heating a call for an estimate on a new boiler. From the minute i contacted them for an estimate and agreeing on a very competitive price the job was taken over by Dougie and Graham and the work could not have been smoother.
The morning of the fit they came exactly on time covered all my flooring with protective covering and kept me informed and agreed to any small requests i wanted. After commissioning the boiler they explained the controls to my-self and left our house very tidy, almost like they had never been here. Before they left they even had the guarantee registered with Worcester Bosch and returned to me. A big thank you Dougie and Graham and also Siobhan in the office who could not have been more helpful.

I have been using Heatsafe for a number of years for boiler installs, servicing and gas safety checks over multiple properties.

The workmanship and service is excellent and always a pleasure to deal with.

Graeme came over and talked me through everything beforehand, boiler type suitable for my requirements, price etc. Received the paperwork and called to confirm a date for installation. They arrived to install the boiler at the arranged date and time. They covered my floor and cleared up after. I was very satisfied the the completed job and the courtesy of the installers. Interaction with Heatsafe was positive from start to finish. Boiler required replacement following accidental damage. Heatsafe engineer inspected the damage and provided quote and assessment for insurance purposes. Installation was carried out with high degree of professional care and in timely fashion. Top marks for the job.

Our replacement unvented hot water cylinder job went smoothly, and the Heatsafe team was pleasant to have around, and impressively tidy!

I’ve just had my new boiler installed by Dougie and Graeme from Heatsafe Heating. I am absolutely delighted with the service given.
They arrived on time and quickly got to work which they do brilliantly together I may add.
Graeme found a small leak at my cooker and fixed it for me even though it wasn’t part of the job.
The work they both do is to a very high standard and tidied everything before they left.
They are two of the most pleasant and cheery workmen I have had any dealings with for a long time.

Heatsafe were very professional and meticulous going about their work. Very informative and kept me updated all the way through the 3 day job. They were also extremely tidy and their workmanship was such a high standard that I’ll definitely be using them again in future as well as recommending them to others.

Heatsafe replaced my water cylinder changing us over to an unvented cylinder running from the mains. Graeme and his team have been great. They were quick and efficient, communicating well and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After receiving a favourable quote from Heatsafe to replace our faulty boiler an installation date was agreed however at short notice this was brought forward due to complete failure of existing system. Despite both engineers Dougie & Graeme being exceptionally busy they managed to fit us in two days early. From start to finish they were very professional, offered their advice, cleaned up after themselves and disposed of all rubbish.  A joy to work with who I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
