I brought a heatstore storage heater never used til about 8 months has it was not needed and because the room was not being used that winter fast forward til this winter I cannot get any heat from it
It just blows out Luke warm air the company are not really helpful it seems I have wasted 600.00 and I know have to get it checked out by a electrician there must be a fault with it

I have proven to Heatstore that the installed heater in my lounge is undersized, but they are just ignoring the data showing my home has never once achieved set point

I have had storage heaters for many years due to an allergy to gas. This Heatstore heater is the worst I have ever had, for the following reasons-it is sooo noisy because if you want to be warm, you have to have the fan blowing. The great joy of storage heaters is that they shouldn't make any noise at all. It doesn't actually seem to 'store' heat, as in the casing getting warm, which then make the room warm. It's just horrible, and very expensive too. I have had it for nearly a year, roll on the summer.

As reported before by someone else one of my storage heaters stopped working just before the warranty ran out. I've not been able to get anyone to come out and check it out claiming that it is not wired correctly although my installer has confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the wiring. Struggling to understand why it is not possible to get someone to come out and look at it.

Popped into store today, received great service from Debbie, they had all I wanted, first time somebody knew what I needed for my stovepipe and had it in stock! Great customer service, use this great local shop and forget the inter web hassle 😀😀

I had a disappointing experience with Heatstore.co.uk as both heaters I purchased stopped working soon after the warranty expired. The company appears to only build their products to minimum standards and does not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of concern and feel let down by them.
