Exceptional service.
Heatwave have been great from start to finish. They offered some great advice about would work best for what I wanted done.I really liked the fact that they were approachable throughout the whole process, and that my queries were promptly answered. The quality of their embroidery is exceptional. But what impressed me the most was that they went out of their way to hand deliver my item.I shall definitely be using them again.
