Never ever visit heavenly deserts…

Never ever visit heavenly deserts Leamington spa Parade branch. They disrespect you, get rude and behave violently with their guests.
We were subject to every horrible thing on Mother’s Day and feel very sad we ever visited that place.
Very sad and pathetic and the manager and their staff totally shameless and unapologetic!!!
We were served rudely and with humiliation and then asked to leave and never come back by the manager, a lady in the black scarf on her head and another waiter!!
They all laughed, made fun of us and asked us to get out of the restaurant for asking them to clean the table and yet we paid in full!!! We paid for abuses and misbehaviour!!
It’s sad that people don’t stick together now a days against bullying behaviour by staff!! That’s why these places flourish!!
We’ve had bad experiences previously too here but never reported but this was insane!!
Most horrible experience of all times!!
Please don’t visit them!

Outstanding Mother’s Day at Cov Heavenly Desserts

I had such a lovely experience at Heavenly Desserts in Coventry for Mother’s Day. Everything was so thoughtful and beautifully presented, which made the day feel really special. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and the manager, Ellis, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His kindness and attention to detail truly made the experience extra special. Thank you all so much for making Mother’s Day so memorable!

The torte is claggy and tastes vegan

Just ordered from the Bedford store via Uber Eats. I ordered hot savoury food as well as a warm chocolate torte which arrived cold. I don’t think it was ever heated. The warm savoury food arrived in boxes which felt warm whereas the box containing the torte was cold. The savouries were nice but the torte was claggy and after one mouthful it went straight into the bin. I even spat that mouthful into the bin. The torte tasted vegan thought its not listed as being so.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. The staff did not seem attentive. Multiple tables were left dirty with dishes, and although only two tables were occupied, we were asked to move instead of having a table cleaned. Basic service and cleanliness were lacking.

Every time I visit this café

Every time I visit this café, I can’t help but admire Dana’s professionalism. She is very kind, warm, and always provides excellent service. Employees like her create a wonderful atmosphere and make you want to come back again.

Light brunch

Went in with my sister for a light brunch to the derby site.
Ordered sourdough toast, they literally cut 1 slice in half and charged £3.75 for it and to make it worse they had no plain butter to go with it.

Consistently Dry Milk Cake from the Nottingham Branch

I’ve ordered from the Nottingham branch through Uber Eats more than eight times. The milk cake is always missing enough syrup. It ends up dry and not as it should be. The team clearly needs training on how to prepare it properly and use the right amount of syrup. It’s disappointing to see the same issue every time. Quality control needs serious attention.

This has honestly been the worst…

This has honestly been the worst Heavenly Desserts branch I’ve visited. We specifically ordered crepes, but they brought us waffles instead. When we told them it was wrong, the manager, Esha, actually said she doesn’t care and made a face at us, unbelievably rude and unprofessional, especially coming from a manager.

The pancakes came out first, and they were so dry that they were barely edible. Even after they messed up our order, we still had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be fixed. The service was incredibly slow, and it’s clear the place is very poorly managed.

Esha’s attitude was terrible, she clearly shouldn’t be a manager if she hates dealing with customers this much. Even as we were leaving, she gave us a look full of attitude and dislike, which really summed up the whole experience.

I’ve visited other Heavenly Desserts branches and always had a great experience, but Bedford was a complete disappointment. I definitely won’t be coming back.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Travel alittle out to the Northampton Branch for 10/10 service. We waited ONE HOUR today at the Bedford Branch for dessert, only to be told their system was down - suspiciously, since they still took our payment! Instead of apologizing and refunding us properly, they DOUBLE CHARGED us. When I asked for a proper refund, they begrudgingly gave me cash, despite the original payment being by card. The staff's behavior was ABSOLUTE ATROCITY - rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. My child was traumatized, bursting into tears witnessing the staff's foul language (“eff off") and appalling treatment. To make matters worse, the 'manager' who came to speak to us was literally the dad of the staff member involved, which explained the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. It's clear nepotism is at play here. This place has only been open a week or so and already failing miserably. ZERO RECOMMENDATION!"

Serious food safety and extremely poor service (worst service I have ever received in any food place ever)

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience at your Croydon branch.

During my recent visit, my child was served pancakes with raspberries that were mouldy. To make matters worse, she actually ate one before noticing. My own San Sebastián cheesecake was also clearly off and in no way resembled the dessert I have enjoyed at your other branches. Serving spoiled food raises very serious food safety concerns.

However, what I found equally disgraceful was the conduct of the waitress. When I tried to call her over to show her the mouldy fruit, she ignored my requests until I repeatedly insisted. When she finally came, she huffed and simply took the plate away without acknowledging the seriousness of the issue. At no point did she offer an apology. In fact, I had to directly ask her if she was “not at the very least going to apologise.” Even then, instead of taking responsibility, she shifted blame onto the fruit supplier, something that is wholly unacceptable. It is your restaurant’s duty to check food before it reaches customers, especially children.

No apology was offered at any stage, no compensation was considered, and I was left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and shocked at the lack of basic customer service skills displayed.

I expect a full investigation into this matter, including how such food could have been served and why your staff are not trained to handle complaints with even the most basic level of professionalism and courtesy. I also expect a written response outlining what actions you will take to address both the food safety concerns and the wholly inadequate customer service I received.

I have been a loyal customer at other branches of Heavenly Desserts, but this experience was disgraceful and has left me questioning whether I can trust your brand at all.
