Very easy to order. Delivered promptly and well packaged to protect the 'flower'.

I am only giving 1 star as I have too. I ordered Christmas baubles at the end of November. Email received immediately saying tracking would be sent as soon as order dispatched. I week later still nothing so I emailed no reply. I then emailed again saying I would involve PayPal to get my money back. I did hear back saying some of the baubles were out of stock did I want the remainder sent I replied yes still no baubles on my tree. No reply to my emails. Terrible service they have my money so really they are just stealing money and not sending goods. I have asked for a full refund but obviously that email was also ignored Don’t order from this company, yes they have a glossy website but anyone can do that.

I ordered a brass tea strainer which was sent pretty quickly after ordering. Unfortunately the item was damaged so I emailed customer service with two images attached and a request on how to proceed with the return. One week later I have yet to receive a response. I cannot find a phone number to call. I have sent the email again and hope for a response soon. It is disappointing items are not checked before despatch.

This lovely shop sells beautiful things.
I have bought several antique style, shabby chic plant pots that I have never seen any where else.
They sell them in many different sizes too!
So if you want an attractive and unusual plant pot this is the shop for you!

Quality item as described, Quick Delivery, couldn’t ask for more!

On 1st October I purchased goods and was advised they were on back order due to be despatched Mid November. 1st December no order, I contacted Heavenly Homes for an update as the items were needed. I received no response from this company regarding my order or when it would be despatched.
8th December I contacted them again and have still received no response from this company. Its now the 13th December and I have still received no communications from this company in 2 weeks for which I find appalling, very poor customer service.

I recently purchased a beautiful candle holder from Heavenly Homes & Gardens via click and collect and the service I received was brilliant! I very quickly received an email after I placed my order and was told when my order would be ready and it was very quick. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Heavenly Homes & Gardens to everyone.

Absolutely love these bowls. Extremely well packaged and delivered quickly after ordering. They have been in the dishwasher loads of times and still look great. We now have 8 of them but really wish there were flat plates to match as we'd buy more items !!!

Went to a local shop for rustic garden decor and saw some spirals at £125 each….went on line and came across this site….same as shop under half the price and exactly the same. Great service and delivery. Highly recommended

I made a purchase on the 14th of august 2021, wrote an email to enquire on when I was going to receive my order. Today is the 3rd of September 2021and have yet to be given a response.

I discovered your beautiful shop on a visit to Ross on Wye. I made several purchases of the rusty hearts and stars which I have in my garden. Whilst thinking about adding more discovered you on line so promptly ordered more stars and hearts again for my garden as they get better with age. Have had lots of compliments on them! Now I know you are on line will be ordering more. I do hope to return to Ross on Wye and visit your wonderful shop again!
