Something just doesn't feel right

Something just does feel right with this company. I have been looking looking for a new or used IH 1668698C91 spindle, Googling the part number Heavydutypartshub.com shows the part in hand. $866 regular price and on sale for $173.20 with free shipping.
I add it to the cart and get an automatic discount of $73.22 for a final price of $99.98. Sounds to good to be true. The customer service tab just gives and e-mail address to send inquiries to so I sent one and 11:41 am and at 4:04 pm I still have not received an answer. There is also no address listed for this company.
