God awful communication, extremely disappointed
I really wanted to support this company but after this experience I can’t see myself wasting 3 months of my time again.
I purchased close to a dozen items during their Last Drop Sale. I requested for a refund on one item while waiting for shipping and they refunded the wrong item. When I addressed the issue, they informed me that they weren’t able to give me the item back because it was now sold out and never gave me the refund on the item I didn’t want.
After placing the orders, I was told it would take 3-6 weeks. Over a month later I was told several of my items were sold out and asked if I wanted replacements. When I asked what items they had to offer, they never replied. I sent numerous emails over 2 months trying to follow up but never heard back from them.
After 3 months I realized it was not worth it and requested for a refund on all of my items. Well, I received a response within 24hrs informing me that my order was lost and they would be giving me a refund plus a coupon.
I really wish I could support this brand because I loved their designs but this experience was a spit in the face. Months without communication but quick to respond when I asked for a refund 3 months later. Please do better…
