ordered a dress that would fit an EU size 42, I usually wear size 40. Got the dress, it was too tight and did not fit at all. hebeos does not give the money back as this dress should fit the size I had ordered, so was recommended to order a new dress according to my measurements. I was stupid to buy a new dress, this one was also too small and too long. They will give me back 20% of the value of the last dress, yet it says on the website that they will cover the cost of a tailor here in Norway (which came to 1500 Norwegian kroner). Just scam the whole company, they even write in the email back to me that the dress is not sewn to my measurements, but is a standard size. So my advice is to NEVER buy anything from HEBEOS !!!

My dress arrived in a small little package completely unfit for a wedding dress. I opened it to find that not only was my dress ripped in two separate places, but it also looked absolutely nothing like what was shown on the website. When I asked Hebeos to return the dress for a refund, I was told the most they could give me was a 10 percent discount. I also tried to post this review on their site and found that the reviews are censored by them. Please, take my word for it and understand that this site is too good to be true. DO NOT ORDER FROM HEBEOS!

I ordered my dress a month before my prom. They said they would have my order in on April 19th and my prom was on April 21st. It is currently April 26th. I still do not have the dress that I spent almost $200 on. Luckily I bought a beautiful dress from Dillards that I wore to prom. I only gave this site 1 star because I had to. 0 stars are more accurate. I will be posting another review when I get the dress.

Worst place ever. Dress came late (after event), was not as described (including pictures), was too small and their customer service is a joke. They say they will do returns if you follow particular guidelines. I followed them all and they will not refund my money. They are thieves. Totally disgusted. Have asked to talk to a supervisor no less than 6 times. All requests have been flat out ignored.

Do NOT order from hebos. Terrible customer service. Will not accept returns. Even if dress does not fit. Go to a reputable company. This company is a scam.

I would strongly advise you to think twice before buying from this website. The dress my daughter ordered for her prom and the dress we received were completely different in design, colour and fabric. The fabric was very cheap looking. In addition there were tailor chalk marks all over the dress.

Immediately, they make it difficult for you to get a refund. They basically advise you of the high postage charge and the possibility the dress won’t be received there end!!! Very concerning and just more work and frustration for you if you then have to make a further claim.

I raised a dispute claim with PayPal and sent the images of what was ordered and received. I won the claim for a full refund. One of the conditions is you have to return the item with tracking. To track outside the Uk you are looking at an unclaimable cost of approx £70 plus. In return for the differenance in what would be refunded it didn’t seem worth the hassle. PayPal made failings in trying to negotiate a win win situation on this occasion but that’s a different matter that I am pursing with them.

Please don’t waste your money /time and end up being disappointed and financially at a loss.

I submitted my measurements with a bit of extra room as advised on the website. I paid the total amount and was surprised that I did not get an email confirmation. So I emailed them requesting the confirmation, to which I did not receive a response. I waited 5 weeks and still no update on how long it would take to be shipped out. After a week of chasing up my order via web chat (no telephone number provided, anywhere) I was rudely informed that my order will be dispatched the next day. Four days later and the dress arrived. It was the wrong dress and was most definitely not made to measure. The materiel was as if it was made for a curtain. What did I expect from a company that charges a pittance for a wedding dress? Lesson learned. It's clear to see that they will not refund you the money. Avoid this company, it's ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.

Disgusting rip off dresses- do not trust!!
My mother brought a wedding dress however when it came it was far too small- couldn’t do up by atleast 4 inches and it was a side zip so no one could help us. When I emailed them they asked for photos to which I sent them a few and then they had the cheek to imply my the sizes can’t be right for her shape... we had infact over compensated at the waist and bust so this is far from the truth. Their customer service has since been even more appalling. DO NOT TRUST!
