Excellent customer service - very helpful and responsive, made the experience so easy.

The map was no good to me since it didn't have any street names.

I purchased and was charged for a map on June 24, 2025.

I have yet to receive my map. What is up with this?

What I liked was I got a clean map of a city.

What I didn't like was that it was a couple of years old and thus missing a lot of streets.

Also, the boundaries of the city wasn't included such that a school built in 2003 was missing

The whole IDEA of your products is fantastic. Plus bonus points for the extra add-ons and the free sample download showing how the layers can be manipulated.

Accurate, useful map that blended into a graphics package I was creating for a small city.

High quality product, easy to navigate site, quick order and receipt (digital).

Very expensive. Greedy business owner, grumpy and unhelpful, would not give a discount for wrongly ordered layers. The customer interface is quite misleading, so if you make a mistake ordering nobody would refund this.
Very poor quality and completeness of add-on layers. I don't recommend ordering anything in Cyrillic fonts.
Very unhappy with the whole sale process.

I needed this map for a quick project (12x12 photo). So grateful for a quick download of a high quality image at a great price!

Poorly drawn, difficult to edit. You're better off autotracing from Google Maps than trying to do anything with this file.

The "graphic designer" that sold Hebstreits this vector map truly gypped them, because are either a terrible designer or simply did an "image trace," which is a feature in Adobe Illustrator that can vectorize an existing image. If you zoom in closely and break apart the individual lines, you'll notice the thicker lines are just a bunch of random disconnected squiggly lines and anchor points that form absolutely no cohesive basis. This is a very typical result of using the "Image Trace" feature. My guess is the graphic designer then used a tool to convert the resulting paths into lines.

I'd be happy to share screenshots to demonstrate my point. If you're looking for cohesive map vector that you or a graphic designer can make adjustments to, this is not the right file.

I was overcharged and could not access the map

Looks good, right proportions, what I expected.

My download was emailed as soon as I paid for my item! It was awesome to have a link to download from, and not go through a bunch of pages to get to my download.
