Good but could be better

Overal it was a good experience although they forgot to fix something that I have specifically asked for and now I will have to go again. Furthermore,for some reason the software of the GPS did not get updated completely and I had to come bacj the day after. The staff was very nice though.

The customer experience and hospitality…

The customer experience and hospitality were good . However, I was dissatisfied with the service of the car.Despite mentioning a few issues with my car, they were overlooked, and only general servicing was done. I was given another appointment to address these issues, which could have been diagnosed initially to avoid multiple visits and to order any necessary spare parts upfront

pleasant and quick

I may have made a mistake when making my appointment online. I thought I indicated that I would wait for the car but the staff didn't have that set in their system. Despite that, they said they would see what they could do and I was taken care of very quickly.
I was prepared to wait longer but they were very efficient and quick.

Not as efficent as expensive.

I've booked an appointment for a periodic check / maintenance the 2nd of December and the 1st appointment was over a month after (8th January). I got requested to be 15 minutes early from the appointment time and then I had to wait as the personnel was at lunch break. Why you ask me to come early if the personnel is not there?? Frankly 678.48€ for a periodical check it's way too expensive especially in light of the long waiting time to get an appointment and the fact that you've requested me to come when the personnel was at lunch.

If we want to talk about the costumer…

If we want to talk about the costumer service, it was very good, I want to mention Stephan, he was very patient and professional, and I thank him for that.

About the issue itself, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. My car, which is only five years old, developed a serious issue that required a very costly repair. What’s even more frustrating is that I did absolutely nothing wrong to cause the problem—it was clearly a manufacturing defect or poor design.

After paying a significant amount to fix it, I was offered a lifelong warranty on the repair. While that sounds like a generous gesture, it left me feeling completely fooled. Why couldn’t this warranty have been offered from the beginning as a sign of the company’s reliability? Instead, it feels like they waited for me to spend a fortune before stepping up.

This experience has shattered my trust in the brand. I expected better from a company that markets itself as reliable and customer-focused.

Great customer service

Had an appointment for APK.
Service was great, 50 minutes from check in, until I left the dealer with APK.
Nice clean waiting area with coffee, tables to work at.

Excellent Service from Hedin Volvo

Excellent Service provided from this center . I opted for waiting and the car was ready with couple of hours. The tech explained to me what needs to be changed and he gave me the right set of expectations on waiting period.Mine is a 2018 model volvo and I still prefer Volvo direct service because it gives a peace of mind.
