For starters I would like to say that I love my XXL Hedonist Polvo Helmet. Issues started with the original order over two years ago. The buttons that hold the shield in place were two wide apart. This design flaw caused my Hedon bubble shield to fracture. I contacted Hedon. They said that they would send me a new helmet after I returned the old one. 6-7 months later they sent me the new helmet……it was actually my old helmet with the buttons moved on the outer shell. It clearly was not my old helmet and I had safety concerns with this kind of repair. They agreed to send me a brand new new helmet. 3-4 months later that is what they did. The helmet they sent me had the same design flaw as the first one. I sent that one back. And they sent me another helmet. It’s very hard to talk to a human overthere. All there contact numbers are hidden from the general public. I finally found a number and contacted them as another 6-7 months have passed. They were sending out emails however I never received them. Every email I sent them had my direct cell number. I don’t know why they did not call. The person was talking to was great. They shipped me a new helmet and they tossed in a face shield for free……. This whole ordeal took over two years to sort out. Again the helmet is beautiful. It’s the best helmet I own. It’s just too bad my file was handled the way it was.

Excellent quality and fit. I have had many motorcycle helmets in my 46 years of riding and hedon are the best, this is my third one.

Purchasing from this company was a pleasure. I ordered some visors and accidentally ordered wrong fitting type. They contacted me knowing the lid I had purchased, resolved the issue before sending wrong ones. Communication was great Top service & lid is awesome.

I started looking for a new helmet that would offer great protection, visibility, comfort and wouldn’t look out of place on vintage motorcycles. I have been wearing Shoei helmets for the past couple of decades, and although they are great helmets, it was time for something new. I saw the Hedon helmets in a review and started checking them out. I liked the looks, quality, finishes and keen attention to detail. I contacted the company and received quick responses to my numerous questions. I found a number of helmets that I liked, and found the Heroine Racer Interstellar 2.0 for sale at Revzilla and purchased it. I came in the mail a few days earlier and when I pulled it out of the box, i said WOW! I act never seen such quality. I pulled the straps and put it on, and my head felt like it was in heaven. It was simply incredible. If you are looking for a great helmet, do yourself a favor and check out Hedon.
