Hedra sucks. It requires multiple tries to get a video to a minimum acceptable standard and it uses your credit while you try over and over again to get it done. Regret my purchase.

It doesnt even download the videos for me i had to screen record it even after purchasing a subscription and and extra credits pack. The generation somtiems jst fails to do when iask wand when i ask it to re genrate it refuses to do so.

Wish I had read all the reviews before subscribing, had 1000 credits and just one video creation took almost half of it. Pls stay away from this.

This is beyond unprofessional. Ana and her team have outright ignored multiple emails I’ve sent, offering zero help with my concerns. My question isn’t just a simple inquiry—it could generate your company more money—yet it’s been completely brushed aside without even the courtesy of a reply. The lack of respect, urgency, and basic customer service is infuriating and absolutely unacceptable.

Overall I've created a few videos which I have been happy with. Unfortunately, there have been a few gliches which I had reported. The recent issue is being unable to download a video I created. I submitted the issue to support and received a BOT reply "I'm sorry, but I don't have the information you need at the moment. I've asked a human support specialist to help. They will respond shortly". This was 4 days ago and I have not been contacted. Extremely frustrating/irritating! I have sent another message to support via the Hedra website and await the outcome.

I couldn't test it and was forced to buy a year. I wasn't satisfied, and now I have to get my money back through the bank.

they said credits packs never expire, no they lie, they expire , im moving to new platform

Video takes forever, stucks in queue, should upgrade plan to skip it which is ironic

It did not work for me at all so bad website you need to fix it or close it down

Don't offer free use of a product then the newest model gets greedy makes less time avaliable to users for videos 20 seconds now instead of 30 and nearly wanting you to pay for it by now telling you you've 50 people infront of you layout is awful for mobile users look Greedy companies always get surpased OpenAI DeepSeek ring any bells? don't take it personally Michael. To add response the App since now has is a far poorer experience silly wait times also if you upload an image not acceptable it goes through whole process then shows some chinese guy silly dont know what to make of that feature completly DAFT.bring on the competition ☝️

Hedra's software has a lot of potential but the quality is not that good yet. The only good thing is that they give you 5 free daily animation and lipsync low-quality downloads with a watermark. Hedra's support emails are answered by the CEO of the company, and he is a very unprofessional, rude, and cocky self-consumed person. His email replies have no hello, welcome, or thank you anywhere to be seen. I told him about his unprofessional reply and attitude and he replied by saying that I had to deal with it besides other I don't give a damn comments... The guy is a schmuck!
