Terrible customer support
I purchased a pair of Heelys for my son for Christmas. I ordered then in November, as there was no information about how long they would take to ship. They arrived November 28th. Come Christmas my son went through a growth spurt and they did not fit. I asked Heelys if I could exchange them since they were brand new, and they said I purchased them 2 days before the return window. I explained the situation and they said they would get back to me about this, but have fully ghosted me. I just wanted to exchange the pair for ones that fit my kid. Really disappointed
