hi martin to clear things up .explain that you had the vehicle for 1 yr on and it faied mot due to a light not working and anti roll bar link worn the garage you took it to wanted to relace to rear lights @£700 2 wiring looms @£300 we said to bring vehicle back to us and we shall have an auto electrcian look at what the fault is as replaceing them and still no light is a wiring fault,as for dodgy mot in your word we sell vehicles were not an mot station,as explained before we can give you the number for the test station or go online and it will give you a test number of what garage done the mot .i can assure you that nothing in this buisness is acting like that .everything that goes wrong with vehicles can be sorted with the correct qualified person on it ,so please do your home work properly before making reviews like this and accusations about other staff and garages as your upset that the garage are asking you for a bill that seems steep ,you have are number 01634711385 like we said bring it to us and get it resolved .any other garages after a year would not offer you that service many thanks harry@hegartys

I bought a Pick up in August 2025. The Pick up came with a Clear MOT (No issues). I then took the Pick up into a Garage local to me only to find that an After Market Rear Light and cluster was fitted. No Rear Fog light hence it failed its MOT. I then reached out to the dealership that sold me the Pick up to try and get this matter resolved and they fobbed me off. I strong recommend that before you buy from these people that you have an independent MOT to save guard what you are buying is street legal as it is oblivious they are getting their Vehicles put through a dodgy MOT. So you will not get caught like I did.
