Do not deal with them at all. I suspect 5 star reviews are not genuine.
Ordered single arm height barrier. As required, paid in full before production. Said be completed in 2 weeks. Chased and chased them for weeks after this. Many times never got hold of anyone, or answer machine. When I did speak to someone, promise of return call never happened. Then amazingly it was ready for delivery after approx 2+ months. I ordered it to be powder coated but it was not. For the last 6 weeks been chasing them for credit for this, albeit for £120 but more the fact they said they would,…. Despite several calls weekly, still promises “it should have been paid”. I’m sadly going to let it go, but feel lucky I’ve got the barrier as reading other reviews, sadly others haven’t despite paying in full. Only 1 office person and 2 directors plus fabricator/s. Simply put; Do not deal with them….
