Awful experience with Heights
Awful experience with Heights. Poor customer service and the pay portal is unreliable. Website has absolutely no support. Autopay was setup, however customer service claimed it was my bank account. Stay far away, predatory loan behavior.

Received my loan
Received my loan. Shortly after, I needed to change my due date. Terry stated I needed to mail the paperwork to them even though it does not say that ANYWHERE on the form. Mailed the paperwork in TWICE. Terry stated he never received it. Asked to email it or fax it, he stated that cannot be done. They literally stalk you all day everyday until payment is received even though they know I make my payments on the 10th of the month. Don't do it if you can seriously avoid it. SCAMMERS!

Heights Finance Is Where It’s At
My experience at Heights Finance was great! There is a quick approval process and the manager, Terry Tomlin, acted very professional throughout the loan process and was thorough in explaining the loan agreement. Heights Finance are not loan sharks like some of these other loan companies out here. You will not be disappointed!

I decided to finally get help paying off a debt collector! I was helped by Jose Mori. Not only did I get help consolidating my debt but I got more than what I asked for with smaller payments! Jose was very professional, honest and made me feel great about my decision! I'm walking out off their office like a brand new woman!
