A man who calls me about my loans calls 3 to 4 times a day including the branch in New Albany constantly asking me about my account after I told them I had gotten sick, they still called me even saying to me to ask a family member for the payment. Very rude and unprofessional and when I’m finished with the loan, I will never go to them again.
