I ordered nearly one month ago, and i got nothing. I got a lot of apologises on email, im living in Switzerland, but Germany is not that far away.

This company has the most interesting shipping policy. They accept your order, charge your credit card, then turn around and tell you that instead of shipping free, as advertised and stipulated in the invoice, they will charge you 18e or will ship post that will take a month. I spent several thousand dollars with them, never again will I buy their products. Obviously, it is not 18 euros that bother me -- it's this bait and switch policy and totally indifferent attitude on the part of their customer service. One thing I know firmly -- this is not the way to run a small specialist company. This is the way to lose your small company.
