Top purchase, no communication afterwards
The communication up to the point of purchase was excellent. I was looked after very well. Payment and dispatch were also very straightforward. They were always available to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when the watch arrived. The watch had scratches at the bottom, which were not visible in the pictures or the video and which were not mentioned when I asked about the condition. It was said before the purchase that the watch had been carefully worn for a few months. Afterwards, I was told that another strap had been on the watch and that it could have been placed on the back of the watch as a result - hence the scratches. I only received a reply asking if I meant the following scratches, which I did not. I then asked what I could do about this and whether they could help me. No answer since then (at the time of the comment 3 weeks ago). If it hadn't been for this, I would give it 5 stars, as the communication and the price were great for the condition shown.
