Got a great deal on the Heist Pro bundle and the product itself is great. Feels sleek and has great features, it does a really good job of drying my hair. Unfortunately even though I paid for next day delivery (to arrive on Saturday, ordered on Friday morning), the dispatch was missed for this and there had been no movement in delivery info that day. I dropped them an email and received a response on Sunday apologising for the delay and confirming the dispatch will be prioritised for Monday. Received the products on Tuesday safely and had the delivery charge refunded and some sea salt spray thrown in for free! Very good communication and customer service.

The Heist 3.0 hairdryer, along with the styling brush which is included in the box really does style my hair instead of just drying it. There was an initial problem with the hairdryer but Kristian and the customer service team couldn't have been more helpful in sending a replacement, along with a free bottle of hair product. This is the best hairdryer I have ever used and definitely worth the investment. I've already received comments about how great my hair looks and it's really boosted my confidence too. I would definitely recommend this hairdryer and also the company for their good old fashioned customer service whereby they care about each customer's experience and do their best to put things right when a problem occurs.

Ordered my Pro Kit just before Christmas and within 8 hours had an email from Kristian in their team to apologise that due to the stands being out of stock, they would need to split my delivery but without me even asking they sent two free bottles of hair product as an apology. Their customer service has been absolutely second to none and were so helpful after Christmas with DPD being slow and even refunded my delivery charge for me. My dryer arrived when they said it would and have now automatically shipped the dryer stand after saying they were coming back into stock on NYE.

Now, onto the 3.0 dryer itself, it is amazing! Its so powerful and a pleasure to use. I can style my hair perfectly without needing to either bend my neck over that far I get cramp or needing to spray that much product its rock solid and choking my hair. I knew it was time to change the way I was looking after my hair and this was the absolutely perfect decision and you won't regret it.

My only, only suggestion is Heist, please could you start selling some travel carry cases for them as I will need to take it around with me when I travel for work or go on holiday.

The Sea Salt Spray is amazing! Smells great, works even better! I'll be sure to be adding more products to my list on my next order. Amazing company!!

Unfortunately I tapped the subscription button (I was a regular customer) they keep sending me and charging my bank account even though they acknowledge its a mistake.

Updated. Problem resolved. Looking forward to trying the product on Tuesday. Customer services were actually really good 👍

Their hairdryer has literally changed my life.

I'm almost 40 and I wish I learnt earlier in life that a hairdryer is not just for drying hair, but for styling also.

Thanks to this hairdryer I look forward to getting ready and I am finally happy with my hairstyle on a daily basis

Bought this set for my son for Xmas, he loves it! The only negative is the hairdryer is quite heavy and noisy...sort that out and it would be perfect!

Wow! What a great kit! I purchased this hairdryer kit to replace my existing hair dryer and am really impressed. First of all, it looks great. The finish is all matt black and has really good grip unlike the glossy plastic finish on most other dryers. This unit also packs some serious power with three speeds and runs hot, warm and cold which is ideal. The added extras included are handy. Can’t go passed the Kent brush which is spot on for my beard and the conerntrated adapter works well to concerntrate the air and work a side part. The long cable makes life easier as well. Ace!

Dries and styles my hair amazingly well but also really looks the part
