The guy in the office was great
The guy in the office was great. Spoke great english and explained the paper work very clearly, and how to return the vehicle after hours.
He explained.that the car was an older lady with a few miles on it. And was diesel. We bought the extra km as I needed more than the daily allowance.
Navigation and Android auto worked perfect and it was the better choice for long highway trip. Car was a citreon C3 possibly 16hdi.
I will probably just use this office in the future as the guy in the office is a solid 10/10.
Car 10/10 for what it is. Its not a luxury car. Is super on the highway.

It was really easy to check in and check out.
I needed a small van for move my small home to a new apartment, The rensult traffic i got is totally new and in really really good condition. It was fun to drive.

Very disappointing experience.
The car was delivered in poor condition, with a half-full fuel tank and questionable cleanliness. During the rental period, I experienced gearbox issues twice, resulting in replacement vehicles and days without a car. Oscar later denied that any gearbox issues existed.
To make matters worse, I was charged DKK 3,000 for paint damage allegedly caused by bird droppings, plus DKK 300 for a car wash. The vehicle was returned in a similar condition to how it was received, making these charges feel unfair.
Poor customer service, limited responsiveness, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Oscar based on my experience.

I rented a car from Aalborg airport
I rented a car from Aalborg airport, the procedure was very simple. The key was located in a safe box, and the code to open was send in advance.
Additionally, instructions to locate the care are well provided.
To return the car the procedure is the same, a code is shared to open the safe to drop the keys. That simple!
