Good quality materials
Great selection of materials, good quality materials. The packaging can be a little rough at times particularly with powdered materials (can be traces of powder on the outside of the plastic jar or bottle).

Huge inventory, so-so packaging
They packed powdered ingredients in sealed jars BUT threw them directly into the box filled with styrofoam chips, no ziplock bag. Now EVERYTHING smells like evernyl. Moreover, they sell in volume but sometimes 10 ml bottle is filled to the brim, sometimes it looks filled 3/4. Maybe they sell by weight?
