Waited untill now to do a review. Had it installed just over a month a go. The guys that installed the antenna and box were brilliant. Very friendly, cleaned up and did a nice Job. It has been in my property 4 weeks 4 days and I have earned a total of £3.20. I may disconnect it if it starts affecting my electric bill.

Rewards are variable and paid out directly via the Helium Network, but the value all depends on the price of the Helium token at the time you are checking. Please remember you are not paid in pounds and pence, you are paid in HNT, the value of which is only relevant when you decide to cash it out. Right now, the price of HNT is the lowest it's been for over a year. Our recommendation is to accumulate as much HNT as possible, then wait for for the value to go up, with the rest of the Crypto market, and cash out when it's worth a lot more. It's a long game, but that £3.20 could be worth £32, or even £320 in the future. As a business, we only earned £21 off your hotspot this month, but we don't look at that, we look at how much HNT has been rewarded so that we can cash out when the price is high.
If you are unhappy with the service and no longer wish to have a hotspot, please do not disconnect the device yourself. Please get in touch and we will remove the device for you.

Signed up and installation completed today very professionally. Was kept well informed From application to installation.
Now sit back and let it do it's work and hopefully some income. I think you have to be patient but other than a tiny amount of electricity there is no other cost. Update 2026 Not recommended they seem to be dormant. Financial return pitiful and equipment switched off.

Very easy process
Very easy process, engineers were fab, hotspot installed in no time.
All free of charge so nothing to loose at all!
They took me through everything i need to know and were extremely helpful.
They even extended my wifi range to enable them to fit the hot spot on my garage at the end of my very long garden so thats a bonus as its never reached that far and can be a pain, but pain no more!
I have no negative words to say about the whole experience from beginning to end.
Just excited to see how my hotspot does now!

Fantastic all round experience!
Excellent installation guys, on time, clean and tidy. Talked through what they were going to do and even took away the old wires from sky! The whole experience was excellent, great customer service. Would highly recommend. As to whether it makes money for me. Will have to wait and see! Everything was completely free to have installed.. so nothing to loose!

Superb service throughout
I responded to an advert for helium club and am more than delighted with the level of service. We agreed to host an aerial and was given a date for fitting. Communication was thorough and the fitting process could not have been better for me, they fitted on a workshop at the bottom of my garden and even extended my wifi network to make it work. The guys were pleasant, informative and very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Two installers were both great
Two installers were both great, explained how the kit worked and helped sort the app out with me. Install done within the two hours as promised. Kit was put in so well I can't even see the cable run going up to the roof! Yet to comment on money earned however I'm not expecting this to be a get rich quick scheme.
